3 DAY JUICE CLEANSE


Maintain healthy balance through periodic fasting with the "FOUNTAIN OF JUICE" cleansing program. We've custom blended a selection of naturally beneficial fruits and vegetables, each with their own time-proven essential nutrients and physiological properties.

    The Cleansing program consists of three custom-made juice 
       blends, made from fresh fruits and vegetables:

Two - 16oz SWEET CITRUS SPICE BLEND 
crisp and refreshing, with a hint of lemon, maple 
and sweet spice.

Two - 16oz GREEN SUN BLEND   
alkalizing and energizing blend of green apple,  cucumber,  
celery, kale, wheat grass, ginger and lemon.
 
Two - 16oz SUPER VITALITY BLEND    
invigorating and purifying blend of red apple, carrot, 
beet, cucumber, chlorophyll, kale, ginger and lemon.

How to do it

During the cleanse, you will not eat any solid food. You need to  drink  
six - 16oz   bottles 
of juice in sequential order per day, each blend twice daily.

The bottles are numbered from 1 to 6 to help you stay 
on track. Here's a one day guide that you can use for your fast. 
Of course, this is only a rough outline, and  you can change the times 
of the day that fits your personal schedule.

The following are tips on how to have a successful program:

1.  The most effective way to begin a cleanse is to promote the removal of waste
      from the

2.  To prepare for the juice fast, be sure to take a couple of days to eliminate some foods, poor 
      habits, or toxic substance, such as caffeine and nicotine, from your daily life. This will make  
      the fast less of a shock to the system. Some people consume only raw vegetables and fruits for 
      one or two days leading up to their fast. This will help support the detoxification processes of 
      your body and provide you with the essential nutrients necessary for effective juice cleanse.

3.  First thing in the morning drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it. It helps     
      with 
 alkalizing the body,   detoxing the digestive tract and liver.

4.   You can have unlimited amounts of water, and unlimited amounts of herbal tea as  
      needed.

5.  Most importantly, go into the juice fast with an open mind and know that it is really healthy 
      for you. Stick to the program and do not cheat as you would only cheat yourself. Remove as 
      many distractions from your lifestyle as possible. Take a look at your work and social calendars, 
      choose a time that is less stressful. That quieter time will set the stage for successful fasting.

6.  Follow the juice fast with two day diet of raw vegetable and fruits. The desired effect of the 
      fast can be ruined by eating cooked foods immediately afterward. Because the size of the 
      stomach and the amount of secreted digestive juices may decrease during fasting, the first 
      meals after a fast should be frequent and small.
